We own 400 acres in the middle of the Foothills State Forest. Located in the center of the property is cedar lake. It is approx. 100 acres in size and has no dwellings on the lake.

Our home is located too far from the nearest electrical service, so we depend on Solar Power to generate our electricity and a small wind generator to help during those winter blizzards which we can`t avoid. We use gas refrigerators and are very independent.
