Mitch's Automated Weather has moved to a new server.

I have relocated Mitch's Automated Weather to my employers website until I am sure TDS & USLink have repaired the user web server. Previously the updates to this page on USLink would fail 9 out of 10 times. Updates to my employers web server have not failed one time so far.
